Peninsula Investment Group is a Greater Lansing house and apartment building buying company owned by Justin Savage. Prior to starting Peninsula Investment Group Justin accumulated over 10 years of insurance agency ownership experience in both the captive and independent channels, and still owns and operates Peninsula Insurance Services.

After working with homeowners, real estate agents and real estate investors across the state of Michigan, he realized that there was a gap in support for homeowners who wanted to sell their homes but didn’t want to go through the typical hassles and demands that go along with it. Using the prospecting, marketing and relationship skills acquired through his insurance experience, along with the vast network of professionals he has built over the years, he developed a way for homeowners to simplify the way they sold their home. After multiple success stories early on, Peninsula Investment Group was born.
